Golden Thread running through Pendeen Curriculum - Experiences

Kynsa (Reception Class) and Nessa (Years 1 and 2) visit St. Michael's Mount on 28/04/23
Due in large part to COVID and our geographical isolation, many of our children suffer from having a dearth of experiences. To remedy this, a golden thread running throughout our curriculum is to offer as many purposeful, exciting and fun experience as we can, to help children learn more, do more and remember more.

Pendeen Farm - Despite Avian Flu hampering our ability to have real animals (the chicken's are already named!) we aspire to make progress!
Here are children, staff and members of the community braving the elements on a chilly January 5th 2023 to begin our orchard.
